Since February, we’ve been engaging in monthly wellness challenges, each designed to bring energy, positivity, and teamwork into our workday. You may remember from our previous post Investing in Our Team.
Our latest challenge, Rounds to Reveal, has the office buzzing with activity. The goal? Take laps around the office to earn puzzle pieces, then work together to complete the puzzle and reveal a mystery message by the deadline. It’s a simple concept, but it’s bringing out some of our team’s natural strengths in big ways.
This morning, five of our team members arrived early and knocked out five laps each before 8:00 a.m.—energized, smiling, and ready to dive into their work. Others have been putting their problem-solving skills to the test by strategically placing puzzle pieces in the conference room during their down moments. Since the puzzle comes without a picture guide, it’s a true test of patience, analysis, and teamwork.
These small actions add up to something big: renewed focus, stronger collaboration, and a reminder that wellness is no longer just a “nice to have”—it’s a must. By investing in our people and encouraging them to recharge during the day, we’re also investing in the service and attention we provide to our clients.
