Assistant Account Manager, Personal Lines

Joining our team in April 2023, Miranda was hired as an Assistant Account Manager in our Personal Lines Department. She comes to V.F. McNeil Insurance with a BA degree from the University of Maine and a real estate license from the Real Estate Institute of Stratford.

She has previous work experience in real estate and has over nine years of experience working in a supportive role at a prominent animal hospital in Connecticut. Her love for working with people, animals, and computer systems made her a perfect fit for this animal loving, people serving, technology focused insurance agency!

Miranda takes pride in being a problem solver, as she loves the challenge of finding solutions. She brings a cheerful and good attitude with her each day, and her positive and friendly personality make her that person in the office that everyone finds easy to get along with.

She works hard to accomplish her very passionate goal of traveling more and really loves the way travel changes the mind’s perception of the world and everyone else in it. Thus far, her favorite destination was seeing the magnificent, natural beauty of Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada.

In her spare time, Miranda tends to indulge in a few guilty pleasures such as Love Is Blind and 90 Day Fiance’ and admits that she is a bit of a homebody. She loves nothing more than a comfortable night at home with a good book, a pc game, or a new cross stitch project. Add in a thunderstorm on a warm summer night from her front porch, and to Miranda, it’s perfection!!
