Coming on board in 2007 with a background in Marketing, Pauline knew only the basics when it came to insurance. She pioneered the development and implementation of V.F. McNeil’s first marketing campaign to help enhance brand awareness, sales, and retention.
Since then, she earned her Connecticut Property & Casualty License to further her knowledge of insurance-related topics. She continues to evolve the agency’s marketing and sales process and enjoys using her knowledge to help her team communicate and inform V.F. McNeil’s clients and its community.
On a personal note, she likes many different experiences. During her time away from work, you might find her, her husband, and sometimes their grown children, biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, skeet shooting, cooking, thrifting, or visiting the beach, no matter the season.
Her favorite apps are Translator and Duolingo, as she and her family love to travel. When she travels, she jokingly sets her email out of office to, “Covering the earth before it covers me.” Her favorite quote is, “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.” Comedy is her favorite movie genre as she firmly believes that laughter is good for your health.
