Pauline joined V.F. McNeil in 2007 with a background in Marketing, initially possessing only the basics of insurance knowledge. She took the initiative to pioneer the development and implementation of V.F. McNeil’s inaugural marketing campaign, significantly enhancing brand awareness, sales, and retention.
Since then, Pauline has earned her Connecticut Property & Casualty License to deepen her understanding of insurance-related topics. She remains dedicated to evolving the agency’s marketing and sales processes, leveraging her expertise to assist her team in effectively communicating with and informing V.F. McNeil’s clients and community.
On a personal level, Pauline enjoys a diverse range of experiences. During her leisure time, she, along with her husband and occasionally their grown children, engage in activities such as biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, skeet shooting, cooking, thrifting, or visiting the beach, regardless of the season.
Pauline’s favorite apps, Translator and Duolingo, reflect her passion for travel and language learning. When she embarks on trips, she humorously sets her email out of office message to, “Covering the earth before it covers me.” Her favorite quote, “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list,” encapsulates her adventurous spirit. Comedy is her preferred movie genre, as she firmly believes that laughter is essential for one’s health.
