Milca joined V.F. McNeil Insurance on April 13, 2026, as a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry—primarily within the independent agency channel—she brings a depth of knowledge and a client-first approach to every interaction. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Milca is proud to support a diverse client base, ensuring both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals clearly understand their coverage options and feel confident throughout the insurance process.
Working closely with Connecticut residents, Milca is known for her genuine passion for helping others feel secure and protected. She values honesty, consistency, and relationship-building, which allows her to connect with clients in a meaningful and trustworthy way.
Outside of her professional role, Milca is a proud mom to a beautiful daughter and an amazing son who has been diagnosed with autism. Advocacy and inclusion are deeply important to her, and she is committed to listening, learning, and supporting families with compassion and respect.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, being outdoors, and taking on hands-on home improvement and DIY projects. She loves learning new skills and embracing challenges that foster personal growth. A lifelong fan of Disney, she still finds joy in the magic of Disney movies—no matter what her age. Known for her sense of humor, Milcaoften brings laughter into everyday moments (and occasionally slips into Spanish mid-sentence when she gets excited!), making even serious conversations feel a bit more approachable.
