Lauren Rosadini

Lauren joined V.F. McNeil Insurance in 2016, bringing with her a strong business background and valuable experience from the carrier side of the insurance industry. She began her career with the agency as an Assistant Account Manager and quickly advanced into an Account Manager role, developing expertise across both personal and commercial lines.

In 2026, in response to both her proven capabilities and the growing needs of the agency, Lauren transitioned fully into the Commercial Lines Department. In this role, she leverages her well-rounded experience to deliver tailored solutions and high-level support to business insurance clients.

Lauren is known for her meticulous attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and strong command of technology—qualities that make her an invaluable resource to clients and colleagues alike. She consistently delivers exceptional service and has played an instrumental role in enhancing internal efficiencies that benefit both the team and the clients we serve.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys staying active through challenging workouts, with a particular passion for yoga. She’s an avid user of fitness apps, with Sweat by Kayla among her favorites. In her downtime, she enjoys unwinding with a good comedy or getting lost in a classic novel like Pride and Prejudice. While not a fan of winter, she always looks forward to escaping to sunny Florida for a well-earned vacation.
