Diane comes to V.F. McNeil with an associate degree from Bryant & Stratton College and a wealth of experience in customer service, medical billing, coding, claims, staff management, staff training, systems management, and a can-do attitude. Motivated by analyzing the needs of a project and developing a plan to reach the goal, Diane prides herself on achieving objectives within defined timelines.
Diane’s relevant experience and reputation for going the extra mile to accomplish crucial tasks in the best interest of her clients make her an excellent addition to our commercial lines team.
Outside of her love for learning and her aptitude for technology, Diane enjoys the simple pleasures in life. She cherishes being outdoors, gardening, exploring new hiking trails, spending a day by the shore, and cheering on her daughter, a very talented dancer.
Paddleboarding is a newer sport for Diane, which may eventually lead her to pursue a long-held dream. Even people who know her well might be surprised to learn that she has always wanted to learn how to surf. Her new team hopes she can “get stoked” enough to pursue this dream and finally have her “hang ten” moment!
