Debbie or Deb, as her team knows her, proudly showcases her extensive insurance knowledge and experience when working with co-workers, clients, and company representatives. She takes the responsibility of helping others protect what matters most very seriously. Providing guidance to help her clients make the right choices is what she truly enjoys about being an Account Manager at V.F. McNeil.

Her insurance background spans health insurance, life insurance, and property and casualty insurance. Although Debra appreciates having a diversified background and has experience on both the carrier and agency sides, she particularly enjoys working on the agency side because it allows her to develop closer relationships with clients.

Outside of work, Deb loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, three grandchildren, and her granddogs. A true people person, she felt that V.F. McNeil would be a great fit for her, as its mission statement includes one of her favorite quotes: “Treat everyone the same way you want to be treated.”

Deb and her husband enjoy walking, swimming, and coastal cruises in their Jeep. She is an avid reader, with Behind Closed Doors being one of her favorites. Bucket List is her movie of choice, as she believes in living life with no regrets. She dreams of returning to Punta Cana to soak up the sun.

Working from a remote location, Deb is always happy and ready to help her clients.
