As active members of Big I CT, the premier support association for Connecticut Independent Insurance Agents and long-time supporters of the Make-A-Wish® Foundation, V.F. McNeil Insurance has learned of a backlog of wishes for Make-A-Wish® Connecticut applicants.
To help address this need, the dedicated team at V.F. McNeil Insurance will be participating in:
MILES 4 WISHES – 6-Weeks of Miles: Where Fitness & Fundraising Unite!
Through Miles 4 Wishes 6-week fitness fundraiser, every mile completed by our team – whether walking, running, biking, hiking, or working out – can translate into *matched donation support for Make-A-Wish® Connecticut.
Here’s how it works:
From September 9—October 21, V.F. McNeil Insurance will match every dollar donated to support our team’s fitness efforts, up to a total match of $5000.00.
Our total donation goal is $10,000.00, which was the average cost to grant one wish to a child with a critical illness in 2023.
As friends of V.F. McNeil Insurance, we hope you will consider supporting our team’s efforts to grant a wish to a child in Connecticut.
How You Can Help
- Make a general donation that V.F. McNeil Insurance will match during the fundraiser.
- Support a specific team member by pledging a donation towards their fitness and fundraising efforts.

Make-A-Wish® Connecticut creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We seek to bring every eligible child’s wish to life because every child deserves a childhood.
