Montuori joined V.F. McNeil Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in 1997 and worked tirelessly to achieve the professional designation of (CIC) Certified Insurance Counselor, denoting significant commitment to advanced knowledge and customer service, which lead him to an insurance agent position.

Montuori was promoted to Vice President in 2014 and continues to work as a Business Insurance Agent, working primarily with mid-to-large sized, privately owned businesses in Connecticut. “Working with business owners is my true passion.
