One of our Account Managers was recently speaking with a client who has been insured with our agency for 40 years.  Of course this started quite a conversation between the two. 

After they finished speaking, the Account Manager came over to share her talk with me.   When she was finished, I shared the story of our 125 year relationship with a Connecticut based manufacturer whose business was also established in 1886, the same year as V.F. McNeil.  Their company has been insured with our agency ever since! 

The Account Manager I was speaking with suggested that we should find out how long others have been with our agency, especially since we are celebrating our 125th anniversary. 

As much as we enjoy and value the new relationships we create, we care very much about the old ones too.  In fact, this conversation reminded me of a song my daughter and I used to sing in her Girl Scout Troop each time a new scout joined.  Make new friends, but keep the old…..One is silver and the other gold.  This is very appropriate and very true.  All of our relationships are very important to us.
